砧公園が近く、用賀駅東口から30秒ほどの落ち着いた雰囲気の便利な場所です。
３階建ての３階で、広い待合室を備え、窓も広くて明るい雰囲気のスタジオです。
初めての方大歓迎です！わかりやすく丁寧にご案内させていただきます！

初心者の方にも分かりやすく学んで頂けるクラスを多数ご用意しております。
ピラティスはコアと呼ばれる身体の深層部の筋肉を無理なく鍛えあげられる革新的な
エクササイズです。
